Will I be charged for shipping?
American Dissent stands out for its quality, affordable fashion, appealing to a wide audience with trendy and classic pieces. While prices are budget-friendly, shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, helping maintain competitive pricing. Customers can save by consolidating purchases or watching for promotions to reduce shipping expenses. American Dissent thrives by balancing quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction.
When will my order ship, how long will it take, and how can I track my order?
Our custom design direct to garment merchandise orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2-7 business days by First Class United States Postal Service (USPS) within the United States. Global shipping times vary and are identified during checkout. Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed and vary depending on your location.
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking info. Follow your tracking number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location and delivery date. It may take a moment for the post office to scan and receive it.
American Dissent shop is not responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Do you ship globally?
We ship globally, but there are some countries we cannot deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events. Additionally, our shipping carriers have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the United States Postal Service (USPS) USPS homepage.
Global shipping costs differ based on the import duties or other custom fees depending on your country of residence. We can’t keep track of these and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. See the shipping costs during checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes an email gets sorted into spam, junk, or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order to see its status. Sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it is on its way!
I think my order is lost in the mail.
Oh no! Review your tracking information that identifies if your order was delivered. If the status is delivered, we don’t accept responsibility for stolen deliveries, if the shipping address was wrong or a temporary location.
For domestic United States packages lost in transit email support@americandissent.com no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date and we help to make it right but will ask for your help before doing that.
· Confirming that the shipping address was correct.
· Double-check that the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
If a package is not reported as lost within 10 days of the estimated ship date, support will not be able to assist with a replacement.
Note: Sometimes a carrier marked delivered and it has only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.
